Cancellations & Refunds

If you have placed an order, you can cancel it anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot. (before the product gets dispatched)

 

You can call our customer service or directly on the website to cancel your order. We will refund any payments already made by you for the order as a Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.

 

In cases where we suspect fraudulent transactions or transactions that violate our terms and conditions, we may cancel such orders at our discretion.

 

We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
